What materials can be laser cut?
We can process most common metals and alloys, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, galvanised steel, wear plate, shim steel, spring steel, and weathering steels such as Corten.

What thicknesses can I have cut?
Our laser cutting equipment can process most metals and alloys from 0.5mm to 30.0mm thick.

What are the dimensional limitations of laser cutting?
If the part is made from metal, can be drawn with CAD, is within our thickness range of 0.5mm – 30.0mm, and can fit in a sheet size up to 4m x 2m, then there is every chance we can laser cut it.

What’s your maximum bend length?
Our press brake equipment can produce bends up to 4 metres in length.

What size tapped holes can you produce?
We can produce threads from M3 to M16 course thread as standard, but we will consider larger or specialist requirements where possible.
